Welcome to part 6 of my series on albums of the 90s that i could listen to without making my ears bleed.
This post is on the British group BB Mak's debut album Sooner or Later. Remember i said that i count 2000 releases as 90s. This may be the first (but not last) time i do that here. BB Mak was a three member group consisting of Mark Barry, Christian Burns and Stephen McNally (do you kind of get where the name might have come from?). They arrived when the boy band craze was on, but are not really a boy band themselves. Some of these songs are a little on the downbeat side (at least lyrically/subject matter - like getting dumped). i would have like to have seen "I'm Not in Love" and "Can't Say" as singles instead of the last two i listed. The band released a decent (though not as good as their debut album) in 2002 called Into Your Head ("Out of My Head" being a decent single).
Notable Singles:
* "Back Here" - awesome
* "Still On Your Side"
* "Ghost of You and Me"
Lesser Known Singles:
* "Love is Leaving"
Non-Single Songs i Kind of Like:
* "I'm Not In Love"
* "Next Time"
* "Unpredictable"
* "I Can Tell"
* "Love on the Outside"
* "Can't Say"
Other Songs:
* "Always" - kind of an interlude
* "Again"
