Awesome 80s Albums: Breathe - All That Jazz

Welcome to part one of my 13,347.3 part series on awesome albums from the 80s (the actual number may vary). The 80s were an awesome decade for pop music.  However, some of these bands/albums remain on the pop cultural periphery.

Breathe was a UK band that released two albums before disbanding.  If you know Johnny Hates Jazz or Waterfront, they have a similar style.  Their best album was All That Jazz, originally released in 1988 (though their second album wasn't that bad either).  This album has been out of print for a while, but appeared on Amazon for download last year.  There are at least two configurations of the album.  The song "For Love or Money" was not included on my CD.  i would love this album to be released as DLC for Lips.  The lead singer, David Glasper, had one of the best pop voices i have heard.  This may not have as many hit songs as some of the other albums i will include in the future, but it is a pretty good album.  If you want the quick version, YouTube has some of the videos up (also check out "Does She Love that Man" and "Say a Prayer" from Peace of Mind).

Standout singles:
* "How Can I Fall"
* "Hands to Heaven"
* "Don't Tell Me Lies"

Lesser Known Singles:
* "All This I Should Have Known"
* "Jonah"
