Yes, this album does contain "Never Gonna Give You Up". i beleive this was Rick Astley's debut album - released in 1987. Like most 80s albums, this had 10 tracks (records used to have two sides which you would have to flip). Supposedly, this album sold a whopping 15.2 million copies worldwide (wiki using his website as source). His second album wasn't that bad either (i like the song "This Must Be Heaven" off his third album). Rick Astley had 7 songs chart in the top 40 in the US.
