Welcome to part 9 in my series of awesome 80s albums. Albums seem to be a dying art form in this era of the digital single.
This album Boys Club, a self-titled debut, is a bit more obscure than anything else so far. i can't even really find that much out about them on wikipedia. What i do know is that this group was once referred to as the Minnesota version of Wham!. The lead singer (i think), Gene Hunt (Wolfgramm) was a member of The Jets. This is a decent pop album from the late 80s (my copy says 1988). i only know about because i found a used copy in a Werehouse store in the mid to late 90s.
Notable Singles: - i only know of one released
* "I Remember Holding You"
Other Songs i Kind of Like:
* "The Loneliest Heart" - probably the 2nd best song on the album
* "At it Again"
* "Time Starts Now"
* "The Naked Truth"
* "Step by Step"
* "Tell Me" - too true
* "When You're Letting Go"
* "Victim of the Heart"
Other Songs:
* "Danglin' on a String"
