Awesome 80s Albums: Billy Joel - An Innocent Man

Welcome to part 11 of (x + y)/z  part series on albums from the 80s that rocked in their own special way.

This part talks about one of my favorite albums from my childhood, Billy Joel's An Innocent Man.  This is probably in my top 10 albums of all time list.  In some ways this feels kind of like an anachronism for an 80s release, as it heralded back to earlier days and shows influence from genres like doo-wop and earlier rock.  Apparently, this album had 7 singles released - funny i only remembered 6 of them.  Billy Joel seems kind of out of place in music videos, but the ones from this album worked for me - whether it was the garage scene of "Uptown Girl" or the courthouse of "Keeping the Faith".

Notable (Singles):
* "Uptown Girl"
* "Tell Her About It"
* "An Innocent Man"
* "The Longest Time"
* "Keeping the Faith"
* "Leave a Tender Moment Alone"

Lesser Known Single:
* "This Night" - apparently charted only in UK/Japan

Other Songs:
* "Easy Money"
* "Careless Talk"
* "Christie Lee"
