Puzzle and After Easter Sales

Some time ago (I forget how long, maybe a 1-3 weeks) I finished this puzzle.  An alleged sister of mine said that she would make me the thing pictured on the puzzle.  Here is where you intrepid personages come in here....

there).

After Easter sales:
As is the custom in my land, I went out after Easter looking for candy (at a deep discount).  What did I find out?  Target sucks (but I already knew that).  They had very little selection left over - maybe their buyers actually nailed the quantity for once (good for them, not for me).  Then I decided to go to Wal-Mart (bad idea).  They didn't have the selection they did last year - but they did have the elusive Cadbury Mini Eggs (for $1.44 each, I think that is the least I ever paid for a 10 oz. bag).  So what did I end up getting (for under $15)?  See the picture below if Blogger wants to cooperate.
