This Place... Now .004 Griswold

So what exactly does this mean?

Have you ever seen National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation?  Well, if you haven't... in the movie Clark Griswold puts 25,000 lights on his house (partly to avoid having to spend time with his extended family).  So, 25,000 lights = 1 Griswold (my odd unit of measurement).

Basically, .004 Griswold would translate to about 100 lights.  i have .0168 Griswold just on my borrowed fake tree inside (420) - i only have about .022 Griswold in my "cave" (tree and other).

I learned everything I know about exterior illumination from my father... which is nothing.  i figured that this may be my last chance to do this for a while.

i told myself that when i win the Mega Millions drawing on 12/17/13 (us date format), that i would try to go "full Griswold" next Xmas.  Some people say positive thinking works - it hasn't yet.  Putting even 100 lights on this place did bring up an interesting question... where the heck would you put 25,000 lights?  Where would you even put .100 Griswold?

What does this post need to close thing out.... blurry, handheld pictures of lights - maybe?

Coming.... someday....
