Countries i've Gotten Hits from on Blogger

Way back on April 22, 2011 (a simpler time), i did a post based on the countries i have gotten hits from in the Audience Section of the Blogger Dashboard.  i came up with hits from 25 or so different countries.

This was partially a showing of how misused the internet can be.  i mean what kind of weirdos would actually look at posts i made on a blog (or two actually).  Well, i guess they look once and wisely never look again.  What i have found is that i was getting numerous hits from countries i didn't think would come from.  i guess Google has a bigger presence worldwide than i thought - and potentially worse search results.   i had to look up a couple of these locations on Wikipedia to see where they were.  i even originally misspelled several of them in the list.

No my posts are not some coded way of disseminating information (with or without the express written permission of Major League Baseball).  In fact, i'm not sure there is any redeeming quality whatsoever in any of my posts.  Though, i find the idea of leaking coded secrets through inane blog posts to be a fascinating concept - maybe that would explain the Justin Beiber phenomenon.

Here is my updated list of countries that i have gotten hits from (January 15, 2012 CE):
